The administrator will be able to customize the template by adding text, pictures, images, rectangles, and even importing PDFs or background pictures to the template.
After customizing your template, you can preview your template by clicking on button. The system will convert your template and input data attributes to make sure it was right as you expect. Click on button and fill in your template name and click .
NOTE: Make sure you read the instruction of the message that pops up before you confirm your action.
Down below are the features that are available in templates:
This is where you can customize the size of the template whenever the students download or preview the certificate.
Add text is where you can add the data attribute to generate when the template is used. For more detail about these features, you can click on the button to understand about it more.
NOTE: We suggest you often preview your template whenever you had customize your template.
This is where you can add the picture to the template. It is available with all types of extension files of images (PNG, JPG, JPEG).
This is the feature that you can add a PDF template to customize on the system. Mostly this feature is really helpful when you have the completed design as PDF and expect to import it into the system and add the data attributes on the template.
This is the feature that enables you to add a rectangle or the shape of a box into the template for your own use.
The background picture is the feature that provides you the possibility to add the image as a background for the template. This feature is different then Add Picture because the background picture feature has limited options than Add Picture.
The background PDF is similar to Add Background Picture. But it is available only in PDF to import as a background of the template. This feature has limited options than Add PDF.
This is the feature that you can clear your background with just one click in case your background template is really messy and you want to reset the background template again.
