User activity is where the admin is able to check the sessions and activities during the day on user login logs.

User activity is where the admin is able to check the sessions and activities during the day on user login logs.

All the activities have been streaming from Keycloak where all events of users will be recorded when users log in and log out, refresh token, location, IP address, and many more. The amount of activities recorded depends on the amount of users that using the system. The activities of users will be recorded for 365 days before it is automatically deleted.
In User Activity, we provide admin to be able to filter on Start Date, End Date, Time Period, Username, Event Type, and Limit event preview.
Remember: Total Amount of Login, Total Unique Users, Total Login Success, and Total Login Error will be changed when the Filter takes action. We do this to ensure that the amount of activities that are not necessary to appear won't be queried and cause the system to run slowly.
However, the admin can export those events by Right Click on the table, clicking on Export, click on CSV Export or Excel Export.
