Since the data of students is based on employers, administrators need to first select the relevant employer(s) before they can proceed with exporting the student information. After selecting the employer(s) from the list, the system will then display the total number of students who are associated with that particular employer.
This ensures that administrators have a clear understanding of which students' data will be included in the export process, and it allows them to verify the accuracy of the information before proceeding.
Additionally, having this step helps in organizing and managing student data more efficiently.
However, you can select the specific items you want to export from the system. It's important to note that some items will take longer to export due to the increased complexity of the query and data preparation involved.
These items, which may require more processing time, can be easily identified by the red highlights within the system interface. By paying attention to these red highlights, you can manage your expectations and plan accordingly for the export process.

Event Type (Enabling this option may result in a longer export time.)

NOTE: The time of exporting data will be based on the number of students in the employer(s).
Before you proceed to click the button to export, ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed and checked all the items you wish to export.
Additionally, verify the total number of students you intend to include in the export. This precaution will help you avoid any possible errors or omissions, ensuring that all necessary data is correctly exported.
