Course Progress

Course progress is where administrators and instructors track and measure a learner's advancement through a course or progress based on their performance in competencies or learning outcomes.

In this course progress, you can review the enrollment status of learners in the course in the Summary Report.

All the enrollment statuses are clearly defined and separated by the students based on their current standing and progress in the course. Administrators or other authorized users have the ability to update and modify the students' status within this Course Progress feature.

This functionality ensures that the student's progress is accurately tracked and managed throughout the duration of the course, providing a comprehensive overview of each student's journey.

  • Active: The status that defines that the student is allowed to study the course and freely engage in the course.

  • Dropped: This status defines the students who have been removed from the course.

  • Canceled: This status defines the students who have been canceled from the course, and their spots will be replaced by other students.

  • Replaced: This status applies to students who join the course by replacing other students. The students who are replaced will have their status changed to Canceled.

Down below the Summary Report, you will see comprehensive information on Trainers/Instructors as well as detailed Students information. This section provides insights into the qualifications and backgrounds of the trainers, along with profiles that include key details about each student.

Additionally, you have the capability to filter the students based on various criteria, such as their employer, current status, specific search queries, and their progress in the course. This allows for a tailored and efficient way to manage and review the data relevant to both trainers and students.

In the actions of the Course Progress table, you can Update Student Status and also assign student to the examination.

By clicking on the Actions, you will see 2 actions:

  • Update Status: where you can update student status.

  • Assign to examination: where you can assign any student(s) to the examination
