Course settings provide a comprehensive suite of options that enable you to modify all the configurations related to Course Access, Course Type, and Core Area. These settings are crucial as they allow you to tailor the course to meet specific needs and requirements.

Additionally, through these settings, the course can be transformed into a product that you can sell on the platform, thereby opening up new opportunities for revenue generation and broader dissemination of your educational content.

Basic Information

  • Features image of course

  • Course title

  • Course code (Only letters [a-z] and numbers [0-9])

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Course Type

  • Core Area

General Information

  • Tags

  • Teachers

Additional Information

  • Add a course to the product (if check on this option, the price of this course will display and the user can buy the course)

  • Original price (Price can have at least two decimals value.)

  • Selling price

  • Currency

NOTE: The majority of the information contained within the Additional Information section is intricately linked with Our Core System. This system is responsible for controlling and managing the detailed information of the various products and services that are created and maintained through our Learning Management System (LMS). This integration ensures seamless updates and accuracy across all platforms.

Publish Information

Course Access refers to the ability to view and participate in the course.

  • Public: access allowed for the whole world

  • Open: access allowed for users registered on the platform

  • Private access: access authorized to group users that are assigned to the course only

  • Closed: the course is only accessible to the teachers

  • Hidden: completely hidden to all users except the administrators
