Course competencies outline the essential learning outcomes that students should achieve to be considered competent in the subject matter of the course. Competencies are often aligned with the overall learning goals and objectives of the course, and they provide a clear framework for assessing and evaluating student performance.

There are two main usability in this feature which allow you to manage and add competencies into courses before you build a learning path in the course. But before you manage course activity, you will need to add competency into the course first.
