Student information can be updated so ease.
You will need to fill in the mandatory field and click on the button Save Changes.
NOTE: Some fields like Department, Division, and Level are static fields that are fixed in the system.
However, you can view the student password also. These features allow the admin to pass the student's password without resetting their password.
Moreover, you can check on their Course Information and Examination Information. These features allow you to review the student's information through the platform more specifically.
NOTE: Enrollment Status is where we can notice students on their situation in class or course.
Enrollment Status has 4 types: Active, Canceled, Dropped, and Replaced (replace with another student).
When previewing the Examination Information of the student, you can download the examination Certificate and the Report of their exam result. But in case you haven't had a certificate in that exam or haven't generated the certificate, you won't be able to download the student's certificate also.
