Reset password

You can reset a student's password in two ways.

In Student List

Please remember the student who used to have an exam or learning any course. The system won't allow us to delete it due to deleting student information will affect the student information.

Firstly, you can reset the student password in the student list by clicking on

Then the confirmation will pop up. Please read the confirmation before you click

Student Profile

Secondly, you can reset the student password by clicking on the . Then you will see the in Login information at the bottom.

NOTE: Please read the instructions carefully before you confirm to reset the password because your action won't be able to be undone.
